HOW DO WE DO IT

We start by rejecting the traditional reactive approach to asset management; why replace roofs before their life is complete, why waste money through inefficiently running poorly maintained assets and why let good roofs deteriorate through neglect?

WTL’s approach ensures an accurate assessment on the condition of your asset.  Every square metre is graded with maintenance focus on intelligent patch and repair instead strip and replace, this not only reduces environmental landfill impact and maintenance expenditure but also significantly extends the life cycle of your roof. 

WTL needs to fully understand your business needs and the current condition of your roof asset.  Our surveyors will inspect and diagnose your buildings condition. Data is then analysed and allocated a Status based on condition and performance.

WTL then plan a programme to suit short and long term business needs (1, 5, 10 years) regularly reviewing and monitoring every square metre of asset with all activity information available to the client.
